This is a common flow chat I saw pretty often in college... It works pretty well at the college level, where you really have some people making sure that it works that way... Boy do I wish it worked this way in professional theatre... lol...
I'll try to make up one in a day or two of how I've seen it happen most of the time... (and no, I will not just do a bunch of squiggleing lines that are compleatly inbread, even though that's reality some times...)

The only flaw I see in this flow chart is, where would the Musical director and the Choreogrpaher fit?
